Orders

Q: How do I place an order?

Select your item, customize if needed, and complete checkout. Custom orders require a 50 percent deposit and a setup fee based on design complexity.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. We offer embroidery, DTF printing, digitizing, and custom apparel services.

Q: Can I change my order?

Ready-made items can be updated within 2 hours.

Custom orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours.

Custom Orders

Q: What is the difference between ready-made and custom?

Ready-made items are pre-crafted and ship quickly. Custom items are created after your mockup is approved.

Q: How long do custom orders take?

Embroidery: 7 to 14 business days

DTF Printing: 5 to 7 business days

Digitizing: 3 to 7 business days

Processing times vary based on complexity.

Q: Will I see the design before production?

Yes. Every custom order includes a digital mockup and two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are 5 dollars each.

Production and Processing

Q: What are your processing times?

Ready-made: 1 to 3 business days

Embroidery: 7 to 14 business days

DTF Printing: 5 to 7 business days

Digitizing: 3 to 7 business days

Q: Do processing times include shipping time?

No. Processing covers production only. Carrier transit time is separate.

Q: Do processing times change during holidays?

Yes. During peak seasons, embroidery may extend to 14 to 21 business days. We communicate proactively and maintain consistent quality.

Shipping

Q: What carriers do you use?

USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of 75 dollars or more ship free.

Q: How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

We use tiered flat-rate pricing based on item type:

• Standard Apparel Rate: 6.95

• Midweight Apparel Rate: 9.95

• Premium and Boxed Sets Rate: 12.95

• Free shipping at 75 dollars and above

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?

Custom items are final sale.

Ready-made items may be eligible if unused and in original packaging.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?

A 15 percent restocking fee applies to approved ready-made returns that are opened or missing original packaging.

Q: What if my item is incorrect or damaged?

If the error was on our end, we will replace or remake the item at no cost.

Digitizing Services

Q: Do you digitize customer artwork?

Yes. Pricing depends on stitch count and complexity.

Q: How will I receive my digitized file?

Files are emailed in your requested format.

Care Instructions

Q: How do I wash embroidered or printed items?

Wash inside out on gentle with cold water and mild detergent.

Embroidery, best practice is to lay flat to dry.

Printed items, air dry or tumble dry low.

Avoid applying direct heat on designs.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Discounts are available for qualifying bulk embroidery or apparel orders. Additional information available upon receipt of your bulk order request.

Q: What is the minimum quantity for bulk orders?

Bulk pricing begins at 12 pieces per design.

This ensures consistent quality, efficient production, and fair pricing for larger orders.

Q: Can I mix different items to reach the minimum?

Bulk minimums apply per design, not per mixed product style.

This keeps setup, digitizing, and production workflows accurate and efficient.

Q: Do you provide custom designs for bulk orders?

Yes. Digitizing and design services can be included for bulk embroidery and print projects.

Design setup fees apply based on embroidery stitch count and/or design complexity.

Gift Packaging

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. We use premium mailer boxes and refined presentation materials to create a memorable unboxing experience. Branded tissue will be added as our packaging line expands.
